What will you be doing?

Job Context
•    Member of the local OPPLE Europe team
•    Direct report to Head of Opple
•    Works closely together with Marcom team

Your responsibilities:

As a Marcom Manager at Opple, You are responsible for the overall online & offline marketing strategy of OPPLE Lighting in Europe to grow the business according to the strategic plan and to increase the brand awareness.

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy

• Further building the brand positioning and brand awareness in Europe

• Define and monitor the corporate identity

• Creating communication tools for target groups / content creation online

• Define overall trade marketing strategy and support local Trade Marketeers

• Responsible for Marketing Budget EU

• Advising Country Leaders on Marketing spendings and activities and formulate the Marketing Plan for the countries

• Joining Country Leadings during Headquarter visits related to marketing

• Measuring results of fairs, events, and promotions (ROI)

• Working closely together with the product team to successfully launch new products

• Leadership of local trade marketers and digital marketing colleagues

• Organizing overall fairs and activities (like L+B)

Essential Skills
