What will you be doing?

Job Context
•    Member of the local OPPLE Europe team
•    Direct report to Marcom Manager
•    Works closely together with Marcom team

Your responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing and Content Creator at Opple, you'll be responsible for translating our brand image into creative, ‘blowing-away’ content for all our communication channels. Think of photography, for our website, our newsletters, and our in-store merchandising, as well as videos for the various social media platforms or in-store digital screens.

• Work closely with Marketing Communication co-developing and implementing an online strategy

• Organize the creation of content in collaboration with internal colleagues and outside supporting companies

• Prepare and post content (photo & video) in various social media accounts and websites, use of social media management tool (Hootsuite)

• Create periodic newsletters for several countries in Europe (Mailchimp)

• Create periodic web and social media campaign analytic reports (Google Analytics GA4)

• Setup local Awareness & Consideration campaigns to support the business

• Share of best practices with the Sales team to increase the social media engagement on our channels and support sales opportunities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of online campaigns

• Support in Internal Marketing activities, such as event support, periodical streaming infotainment and content creation

Your skills:

• HBO education with focus on (Digital) Marketing, Media, with minimum 2-3 years working experience in relevant fields

• Interest and/or experience in B2B Marketing (Marketing Materials, Event, and customer support)

• Knowledge of various Social Media platforms, Social Media Management tools and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite or other CMS program, Google Analytics GA4)

• Experience in digital newsletters and in creating effective landing pages

• Experience in working with Drupal for Website maintenance

• Proficient at using Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and any type of Video Editing software

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

• Good team player with lots of energy and ideas

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European language is a plus)
