Who are you?
Job Context
Member of the local Opple Europe team
Direct report to Country Manager Italy
Works closely together with the agencies in the region
Your responsibilities:
Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
Build the coverage in the assigned region supporting and monitoring agencies work in the territory
Build a business case in collaboration with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for business expansion in the assigned region
Find and develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users) in the assigned region
Develop new projects and report in Salesforce keeping track in the area
Be the Italy reference for trainings to agencies and customers
Be the Italy reference for the BLE system and work closely with agencies to present it to customers and with HQ to develop better the system
Gather and analyze market information and communicate with Opple marketing team
Meet the targets and budget
Manage internal relationships between channels and departments

Essential Skills
Lighting knowledge
Technical and commercial skills
Well balanced Tactical and Operation skills
Customer focused / intrinsic passion for excellent customer service
Practical, hands-on mentality
Clear verbal communication including the ability to communicate empathy and be concise
Persuasive sales skills and ability to influence
Experience with Salesforce (nice to have)
Experience with basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word
Fuent in English and Italian
